Overview

Employer Sponsored Visas allow Australian employers to sponsor overseas workers for positions they cannot fill locally. The Temporary Skill Shortage visa (subclass 482) provides temporary work rights, while the Employer Nomination Scheme (subclass 186) provides permanent residency. The subclass 494 is for regional employer sponsorship.

Requirements

• 1Have a genuine job offer from an approved Australian employer

• 4Meet English language requirements (IELTS 5.0+ for 482, 6.0+ for 186)
