Yes. Claiming your profile is completely free and always will be. A free claimed profile includes your photo, bio, specialisations, languages, and contact details. Paid plans are optional upgrades for agents who want priority placement, analytics, and additional visibility features.
Can I try a paid plan before committing?
We offer a 14-day free trial on Professional and Premium plans. You can experience the full feature set before deciding whether to continue. No credit card is required to start a trial.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) as well as direct debit. Firm plans can be invoiced quarterly or annually with a 10% discount for annual payment.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. There are no lock-in contracts or cancellation fees.
What happens if I cancel my paid plan?
Your profile reverts to the free claimed tier. You keep your photo, bio, reviews, and basic contact information. Premium features like priority placement, analytics, and the featured badge are deactivated. Your profile remains live and can still receive enquiries.
How does priority search placement work?
Professional and Premium agents appear higher in search results when clients filter by location, visa type, or specialisation. Free profiles appear below paid profiles in search results. Priority placement significantly increases your profile visibility and enquiry volume.
What is the competitor-free profile page?
On the free and Professional tiers, your profile page may show other suggested agents in the sidebar. On Premium and Firm plans, your profile page shows only your information — no competitor suggestions. This keeps potential clients focused on you.
How much does the Firm plan cost?
Firm plans start at $199/month for firms with up to 5 agents and scale to $399/month for larger firms with up to 20 agents. Each plan includes individual profiles for every agent, firm branding, multi-office support, and firm-wide analytics. Contact us for firms with more than 20 agents.
Do you offer discounts for annual payment?
Yes. All plans offer a 10% discount when paid annually. Professional drops to $44/month, Premium to $89/month, and Firm plans are discounted proportionally. Annual plans are billed as a single payment.

Yes. All prices listed are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
